Mentoring is a powerful way to invest in someone’s life, sharing wisdom, encouragement, and faith. God never intended us to walk this journey alone—we are called to guide, support, and uplift those who come after us. Whether in faith, work, or personal growth, mentoring is about passing on what God has given us, so others may grow stronger in their walk with Him.
Proverbs 27:17 reminds us, “As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend” (NKJV). Mentorship is about sharpening, refining, and strengthening each other. Through listening, teaching, and leading by example, we help others step into their God-given potential.
Seek out opportunities to mentor and be mentored. When we pour into others, we not only help them grow, but we deepen our own faith and understanding in the process. Investing in someone’s future is one of the greatest legacies you can leave.
