Eating good food is a way to honour the body God has entrusted to us. While indulgent treats can bring fleeting joy, true satisfaction comes from nourishing our bodies with wholesome, delicious meals. "Flavour Town" moments don’t have to go from sweets or fizzy drinks; they can be found in nutritious recipes that taste amazing and fuel us for the tasks God has called us to.
1 Corinthians 10:31 reminds us, “Whether, then, you eat or drink or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God” (NASB). In a world where eating often provides satisfaction through life's many challenges, let’s approach our food choices with intention, recognising that caring for our bodies honours Him.
Discovering recipes that are both good for us and packed with flavour transforms how we eat. By nourishing our bodies wisely, we prepare ourselves to serve God and others with energy and joy.
