00852 - Solitude

Solitude allows us to withdraw from the busyness of life and connect with God on a deeper level. Jesus Himself often sought solitude to pray and reflect. Luke 5:16 (NIV) says, "But Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed.”

Spending time with God provides the space to listen to His voice, reflect on His Word, and understand His will for our lives. In these quiet moments, we can relieve our worries and receive God’s peace and guidance. It’s a time to be still and know He is God, finding strength and direction for our journey.

Solitude can really help our relationship with God and ourselves. It nurtures a sense of inner calm and focus, helping us to stay grounded in faith even amidst life’s challenges. By making space for solitude, we draw closer to God and allow Him to speak into our hearts in powerful and personal ways.
