Missions

To build God's Kingdom, we help projects through people we know worldwide. From supplying emergency food to building projects and providing equipment. Here are some of the things God has enabled us to do.

In everything we do, we thank God for the provision and give all the Glory back to Him. We can only do this through prayer and partnership.

Lugazi Church Project

Working with Pastor Fred Lubwama of GCC (Glorious Christian Church), the Faith Lift Family during COVID-19 provided money each Christmas to feed the congregation. Post Covid, we wanted to help build a Church for them (See photos). We purchased land, levelled the site, built a new structure, laid a cement floor, put doors and windows in, lined the ceiling and walls with wood panels, added electricity and will put a big sign for the Church on the main road and a sign at the Church building.

The basic rebuild cost $8,000 (approximately £6,100).

To finish, we want to paint the church walls inside and outside and landscape the surrounding area. Click Here to help.

We also sponsored two single parents' living costs for a month, gave a gift to the Pastor's family, and did leader training for GCC's team. Gareth gave the pastor and his wife watches. We provided food for everyone on opening day. Carl gave one of the leaders his suit

King Jesus Palace Sunday School

Just north of Kampala is Kiteeze. Pastor Santid is the senior minister there. In 2000, just as COVID hit, he planted a church in the backyard of his home. We supplied money to him at that time to feed his family and many other families in dire need within the community.

Since then, the Church has outgrown its humble beginnings, and we're in the process of purchasing the half-acre of land on which the new Church will be built.

We've spent around $3,000 or £2,300 so far on various things, but need to raise another $3,500 or £2,700 for the Sunday School.  To help  Click Here.

In Pastor Santid's Church, where Carl spoke on the Sunday of our last trip, we provided a Wi-Fi router, a laptop, a gimble, and a mobile phone, and we paid for the alter flooring to be tiled. We've also just helped Pastor Santid's family plaster and paint their home and bought a cooker and a fridge freezer, as he sold almost everything he had to pay monthly bills as he preached the Gospel on the streets in the early days of the Church.
